Rockstar Games

Product Manager • Systems Designer • UX/UI Contributor • Internal Tools Development

Summary

I currently work at Rockstar Games, where I have spent several years contributing as a Product Manager across multiple teams within Online Services. In these roles, I focus on improving workflows, defining product requirements, supporting cross-disciplinary collaboration, and helping teams align on goals and processes.

My work involves partnering closely with engineers, designers, QA, data teams, production, and leadership to support large-scale initiatives across the studio. I specialize in creating clarity, improving usability, documenting complex systems, and helping teams work more efficiently together. All work described here is framed at a high level to fully honor confidentiality agreements and internal policies.

Personal Reflection

Working across Online Services has been one of the most expansive and transformative experiences of my career. I entered Rockstar already knowing how to make games — how to build systems, craft experiences, and design for emotion — but working here taught me something I never had before: how to make a game successful for decades to come.

Through collaborating with world-class developers across global studios, I learned how long-running ecosystems thrive, how tools and pipelines sustain creativity at scale, and how thoughtful systems design shapes not only the present, but the future of a project.

My time here has also matured me profoundly as a professional. I became confident in conversations with leadership, learned how to advocate for clarity and alignment, and developed a strong instinct for fostering team growth and collaboration. I gained the ability to analyze complex problems, bring the right people together, and strive toward solutions that are not just functional but elegant.

I’ve been incredibly fortunate to work alongside best-in-class colleagues whose talent, rigor, and passion have shaped my own craft in countless ways. Their mentorship and partnership helped me grow into a stronger designer, a sharper product thinker, and a more thoughtful teammate.

I carry these lessons with immense gratitude. They continue to influence every decision I make and every project I take on, and they serve as a foundation for the creative, technical, and leadership skills I bring into the next chapter of my career.
